Employment Services

Our employment service is a comprehensive program designed to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities discover employment interests, build skills and become successfully employed. Blue Sky also offers on the job supports as well so our clients can continue to be successful while on the job. Before the job seeker obtains employment Blue Sky helps the individual build those soft skills by onsite training and while volunteering. Our employment services are customized to each individual.
